Cheap & Nasty31/08/2016CheapYou get what you pay for...Response of the brandDear Sir,
I'm sorry to read that the hook fell off the wall. From what I gather the hook itself did not break or bend, the issue seems to come from the wall fixing.
Many variables can come in to play but 40-45mm sounds a little short if you add in the thickness of the hook as well.
I agree with you that a minimum crew length may need to be indicated but again, the type of material you are screwing into (plasterboard, wood, masonary) and the type of screw/rawl you use also varies.
When I read the other reviews, the hook iteslf seems to be popular but the instructions could do with an uplift. I will feed this back to the packaging engineer.

Don't know how to use it or fix it01/03/2016Response of the brandHello Gargi,
The mount is to be attached to the ceiling or wall and the wheel of the bike it slide over the hook (yellow part). If you need any more information, contact me via e-mail and I can send a picture showing how exactly if you are unsure.

Thank you for taking the time to give us your feedback regarding this product.
It is indeed a hook which you fix to your wall or ceiling to hang your bike. I think that one or two extra photos would be good. I will inform the product manager who organises this.
