    • Impossible to fold

      Christopher (United Kingdom)
      Used for 2 to 8 weeks
      The instructions do not show how to bend it into two halves. EVEN THE VIDEO ABOVE STOPS THE CAMERA FOR THIS KEY BIT (at 38 seconds on the timeline). Why crop the video?
      nice tent
      no idea how to fold this
      Response of the brand

      Thanks for your feedback on the Quechua 2 seconds easy 1 man tent. I am sorry to hear the troubles faced when dissembling the tent. If it helps, you can find a video here to assist the process: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GVGUSpdZUmE

    • Well designed, some clever features

      I do love this tent. Very well designed tent for a low price. I like the small peak over the entrance. This means that even if it is raining you can keep the top of the door open for ventilation, without getting wet. A nice touch is that the two storage pockets inside are near the roof of the tent rather than at floor level.if you want to fit your gear in you will need to use a narrow sleeping mat and sleeping bag- my more luxurious wide mat and bag took up all the room. A bit of a downside is that the tent is relatively short . I am a five foot five inched tall slim female, but I feel the tent would be better with another 6 inches/15 cm length . My sleeping mat took up the whole length and wsd almost out if the door. If you are a six footer you might want to try it out before you buy. If you are of a large build, with gear, you would probably be more comfortable in the equivalent two man tent.
    • 2 Seconds 1 Man Tent.

      Used for 1 week or less
      I am quite a big fellow and I fitted and slept in the tent very snuggly, not all of my gear fit so some of it had to go in a friends tent but I also packed more than I needed so was my own fault.
      Tent went up just like in the video and was put down just like in the video, very easy to do.
      Slightly too small to fit everything.
    • Essential!

      Since I fractured my previous model (NYE accident-although it was still usable!), this is my second Quechua "2-second" as I wouldn't be without one, permanently stashed in the car. I generally use it when arriving late in the middle of nowhere before a backpacking trip (on which I take a "proper" mountain tent). I also use it on campsites when full-on spec tents are overkill. The new "down" method with the tabs and clips, simplifies the only thing that was wrong with the previous model (it was tricky until you got the hang of it). As I say, I wouldn't actually carry it anywhere as it's ungainly and quite heavy but it is strong and reliable as well as being great condensation-wise due to it's twin-walled construction. At the price, I really don't know why all outdoor enthusiasts don't have one.
      Easy up; (now) easy doen;
