      The picture says the crank arm is 170mm, but a response to a review by a staff member says it is 175mm. Which is it?

      You will need a crank puller to remove the old parts from your bike, this is the hardest bit of the change as they will likely be seized on. With this done the new parts are an easy fit, just make sure they are pushed as far onto the square taper as they will go, to avoid creaks later
