HOW TO ADJUST MY SKIPPING ROPE?
To jump well, you must adjust your rope properly. Put a foot on the middle of your skipping rope and raise your wrists to your upper body:

Advanced level: your wrists need to be at your ribs height
Wear good fitness shoes to cushion the impacts on the floor.
