    Every runner has a personal running style. To know your foot type, take a look at the wear on the sole of your current running shoes.

    If you don't have any running shoes yet, consult a podiatrist to define your foot type.

    OVER-PRONATION

    Overpronation running styleIf your shoes are worn away more toward the inside edge of the forefoot, we recommend an "over-pronator" shoe.

    NEUTRAL STRIDE

    Neutral running styleThe shoes are worn off on the middle of the forefoot.
    We advise you to choose a "neutral" shoe.
    45% of the runners need this type of shoes.

    SUPINATION (OR UNDER-PRONATION)

    Supination running styleIf your shoes are worn away more towards the outside edge of the forefoot, we recommend a "supinator" (or under-pronator)shoe.
    Only 5% of the runners need this type of shoes.
