      The flywheel on your exercise bike affects pedalling performance. The heavier the flywheel, the smoother pedalling will be, making your training session more enjoyable.

    3. TIPS TO INCREASE BIKE STABILITY
      For increased comfort, we suggest using specific floor pads under your bike (DF920 floor pads). These foam pads will help to: ensure your bike remains stable while in use, reduce vibrations and noise, and protect your floor. Domyos exercise bikes have two stabilisers at the back foot to ensure perfect stability during workouts, regardless of flooring type.
    4. TIPS FOR ADJUSTING YOUR BIKE
      Adjusting the height of the seat is important to ensure you maintain a correct position while pedalling. Stand beside your bike and adjust the seat to the height of your hips. Depending on your height, you can adjust the handlebars to a higher position to keep your back straighter. A lower handlebar position allows you to lean forward for powerful pedalling. Be sure tighten the toe clips to fit your feet.
    5. TIPS FOR MOVING YOUR BIKE
      Your bike comes with built-in wheels at the front. To move your bike, stand facing the front of the bike. Block the bike with your foot while pushing down on the handlebars to swing the bike up while resting on its front wheels. Gently push the bike forward in the desired direction.
