    • Do not buy

Please do not buy these pedals.I was out today and the no drive side pedal seized and unbolted itself from my crank arm.Lucky I only cut my ankle but it could of been worst, then I had a long walk home.so for your safety do not buy.
      Response of the brand
This sounds terrible. It really is the first review of this nature we've had about this pedal (or any others I can think of).
This is very odd as all pedals threads are faced in such a way as to make it nearly impossible for this to unthread itself when riding as each revolution in essence tightens the the pedal onto the crank arm.
Please return them to us for closer inspection as we may need to feed this back to b'Twin.

I used these for daily commuting to work on my road racer, they're easy to adjust and feel nice and comfy, would recommend.
    • Not Great

I have found these to be ok now i am getting used to them, but not great. The black plastic over the shoe seems too long and that seems to make it more difficult to get your foot in. Pedals also feel slippery. But worse is the reflectors on the underside. Had to remove these because i couldn't flip the pedal over to get my foot in. They came loose after about a mile anyway. So now, technically i am probably breaking the law.
    • great, solid and well designed pedals

Used for More than 2 years
I have been using a set of these pedals on daily basis for nearly 2 years, and I am pleased. They work even better if the clip and the strap are removed, as the pedal then always remain in the right posititon(flat side up).. They are really well made, comfortable and can take a lot of hard use. And if you are bothered by scratches and dents-a bit of wet/dry sanding paper and metal polish and they will shine again!
The size, quality and solid feel.
Do you really need the strap and the clip?
    • Really good set of pedals, clips and straps

Have had these for over a month now and they are really good. The pedal sits right and once you get the hang of flipping the pedal round to engage the clip and strap you'll be cooking on gas.
I understand what another reviewer said about the clip getting caught in the pedal (in fact it's the way the pedal/clip comes packaged in the first place) - but after a while the clip automatically resumes it's proper 'open' position which allows you to slot your toes in easily. The only way that the clip/pedal can then get caught up is if you stand on the clip and force it into the back of the pedal (where, agreed it will stay in place - possibly shave a little off the clip???).
The only niggle (really minor and easy to solve) is the reflectors which are pretty superfluous - easily gotten rid of and no great shakes.
lightweight, quality materials ease of use, price
the reflectors - pointless - get rid
