  2. Fork
Hi-ten steel fork for greater durability.

The TILT 120 can be used on most gradients and has a 6-speed derailleur. Changing gears is very easy using the grip shifter. 165 mm cranks. 52-tooth chainwheel, 6-speed Shimano TZ20 14/28 freewheel. Metres of development: 2.96 m / 5.90 m.
  4. Brakes
The steel V-Brakes guarantee effective and progressive braking.
  5. Handlebar / stem / steering
Steel low-rise bars with a rise of 60 mm to adjust your position on the bike to suit your body and make the bike easier to handle. Handlebar width: 560 mm. Folding, non-adjustable stem made from aluminium for increased rigidity. Distance from saddle to handlebar: 540 mm. Bottom bracket to saddle distance: min. 520 mm - max. 740 mm
  6. Saddle / Seat post
Comfortable, seamless foam saddle and steel seat post (diam: 31.6 mm).
  7. Wheels
20-inch, single-wall rims. Steel hub. System that holds the wheels together, making it easier to handle and store the bike once folded.

20 x 1.75 gumwall city tyres. We've developed these tyres to give you the best balance between performance and grip.
  9. Crankset
The fold-up pedals reduce bulk when the bike is folded. Once the pedals are folded up and the stem folded down, the bike can be stored against a wall and takes up very little space (26 cm wide). Cranks: 170 mm. Double chainguard to stop your chain jumping and protect it from dirt.

  • Bottom Bracket

    Brindza (United Kingdom)
Used for More than 1 year
After hundreds of joyful miles I have to replace my bottom bracket. Can you tell me what type/size do I need to order?

This bike is still the best value on the market. Some of my colleagues have more expensive seats than the overall price of this bike.
  • Enjoy the ride but had to change the seat

    Love it
  • Poor Customer Service - Re Cycle Dept.

    Johannes (United Kingdom)

The NEW BIKE Brakes were very noisy and I was told its fine and will go away in time about a month or two. This advice ...... very questionable???. This cycle salesman / Technician was Not interested in the customer , more interested in talking and joking to fellow workers. This reflects on poor / bad pre-delivery bike setup in store. Productivity and poor customer experience seems to be non existent re KPI ratings in cycle dept.
  • Is far better than price tag duggestd

I'm tall 6'2" and is fine. I commute 3 miles round trip daily, taking it on the train. Folds nicely and is even great for some lunchtime exercise. Only two drawbacks.. Seat attachment to post poor and required a lot of adjustment and tightening to stop it tilting of its own accord (90kg rider) and being steel seat post prone to surface rust. Otherwise it's a great little bike
  • don't bother if you are tall

the bike is nice enough but unless you are shorter than about 5'8 with tiny arms the riding position is leaning back. it is a stable ride but i'm 5'10 and after 1/2 mile my legs were aching and my knees hurt. i have riden a folding bike every day for the past 5 years. despite me tightening the seat it gave way and nearly tipped me off into traffic after about 3/4 mile, shortly after i had to get off and walk. will try retightening the saddle and see what happens on the way home but the bike will probably have to go back.
    Response of the brand
You are correct in saying that if you're taller than 5'11 then this bike is too small for the rider. But 5'10 should be fine.
Even so, I will forward this on to the frame designer. Our next model up (the tilt 500) is suitable for riders up to 6'2.5".
If it's not quite right for you then please return it to us for a refund.
