      Hi Matthew,

      Sorry to hear about the trouble you have had with these shoes and them not attaching to the pedal as they should. This could be a few possible things that could be causing this issue. I'd suggest that you either return the product for a refund/exchange or get someone in your local store to check the shoes/pedals to see what may be causing the issue you have mentioned.
