I have rode for years and these are the best shoes by far.
  • Great shoe for the price point

I'd previously bought a pair of Scott road comp boa shoes for £90 and the fit was ok. Then I got a pair of these, the 900. The fit was better and I found the twin atop fasteners to be better than the single boa on the Scott as you could dial in individual tensions rather than have the same tension across both on the Scott. The B'twin was lighter by 20g per shoe when comparing to the Scott comp boa. The only thing I wasn't happy with were the insoles. They didn't have much arch support for me. Luckily I used my own which made the fit superior.

So now I have a great fitting shoe which is probably the lightest you can get for the money. They are very stiff and have great power transmission. We've had some really hot weather and I do lots of climbing and my feet are always relatively cool.

The Scotts went back for a refund. My previous shoes were Scott comp with 3 velcro fasteners and had to be replaced after I crouched down and snapped a sole in 2!

The shoes were really nice , but definitely one size to small and very narrow in the front foot . I had to return
  • Narrow feet required

They look like good shoes for the price but only if you’ve got very narrow feet. Regrettably will be returning mine as they’d be uncomfortable to ride in. If you’ve got narrow feet then go for it.
