    • Excellent tent

      Jez (United Kingdom)
Used for 2 to 8 weeks
Spacious central section and blackout sleeping areas very effective (if a little small for 2 adults).
Very quick to erect and takedown.
Only one negative; there is no way to secure the bottom of the doors to the groundsheet. Some Velcro strips will sort though!
    • Amazing!

The quechua air 4.2 F&B is outstanding! We converted to quechua about 5years ago because they were the only two skin pop up about. Me and my partner got the 3 man pop up air and will never part with it, it has seen us through storms and festivals with people falling on it and it's still like new..... But we grow and started a family so needing some standing room we chose the 4.2 air. We've just taken it out on our first weekend, it went up in less than 5min (less than 1min pumping)! the kids have there own room and the Fresh & Black is the most amazing feature, it stayed cool and dark in the morning sun..... They actually slept in!
    • Excellent tent.

I love this tent. Its super easy to put up even on my own. It's roomy in the middle shared area and the bedrooms are adequate. The black and fresh works brilliantly our kids slept until 9am!
    • Good until it's not.

This tent is big. It's got loads of room for a living space and plentof sleeping space. It goes up very quick and very easy. It is a bit on the heavy side and when packed away still quite large. The biggest draw back about this tent, and I'd imagine all the quechua air tents is, getting a replacement inner tube. It's been a few months now and my tent is still unusable.
    • Great tent!

      Rob (United Kingdom)
Used for 1 week or less
I used this tent at the weekend for two night and was very impressed with it. It was very hot outside yet the tent remained cool the majority of the time. Nice and dark inside also once the bedroom doors are closed.

There does appear to be a major design floor however (please correct me if I'm wrong). The main tent door has two vertical zips and yet no horizontal zip at the bottom to secure the opening. This caused my dog to escape in the night on the first night. The second night I tied her lead to a suitcase inside the tent and was awoken by her attempting to drag the suitcase through the gap in the tent door. Is there a way of securing the tent completely from anyone/anything getting in or out?
