    1. Temperature of use:
We show on all our sleeping bags the comfort temperatures tested by an independent laboratory (AITEX) according to the European standard EN 13537 of 11/04/2002. The comfort temperature is the lower limit of comfort at which the user in relaxed posture enjoys global thermal equilibrium and feels neither cold nor hot (determined for a standard woman and under normal conditions of use). CHOOSE YOUR SLEEPING BAG ACCORDING TO IT
    2. What are the "limit" temperatures of use?
Comfort limit temperature: limit temperature at which the user of the sleeping bag in curled position enjoys global thermal equilibrium and feels neither cold nor hot (determined for a standard man and under normal conditions of use).
    3. Hence, you need to know the following about temperatures:
A sleeping bag does not produce heat but "keeps" the heat produced by the body. If you are exhausted, feel cold and wet and slip into your sleeping bag, you will be cold, no matter what its qualities! These temperatures therefore depend on the person's resistance to cold (corpulence, fatigue, etc.), equipment (mattress insulated from the ground, ...), clothing (nude, underwear, ...) and weather conditions (humidity, wind, etc.).
    4. Small heating tips, before you slip into your bag:
Dress simply (only 1 layer of clothing is enough) Warm your limbs: Caps, gloves, socks, heaters, rubdown... A container full of hot water can serve as hot water bottle (if there is no risk of unexpected opening!) Contract your muscles (70% of the energy consumed is transformed into heat) but without making movements generating a flow of cold air.
    5. Composition
Interior and exterior fabric: 100% polyester. Filling: 100% polyester padding 220 g/m².
    6. A note to compare the environmental impact of products
The environmental impacts of the product are calculated over its entire life cycle and with various indicators. A global grade ABCDE helps you to easily identify products with the best environmental performance by comparing products of the same type to each other (T-shirts, pants, backpacks, etc.). Decathlon is a voluntary player in this environmental classification process. For more information:
    7. A score for comparing products' environmental impact
The product's environmental impacts are calculated across its entire life cycle using various indicators. An overall ABCDE score is attributed to help you more readily identify the products with the best environmental performance by comparing the same type of product (T-shirts, trousers, backpacks, etc.) Decathlon is committed to visually displaying environmental information. A bit bulky to fit the bag but very comfortable. My grandaughter is quite big and she loved it.

I actually like this sleeping bag a lot. I am not keen sleeping zipped up, like to have space for my legs, but with this one I felt I have just enough of that comfort I need. I'm not sure if it was me only, but I felt bit cold on the night that was colder. Needed extra blanket to cover. This is why I'm marking it one star down. Otherwise it is really nice material and would be 5 star.
Material quality, feel of material, space inside
      But cold on fresh nights.
    • Durable and washes well

      Ed (United Kingdom)

I've used this sleeping bag every night for 7 weeks so far and it's ideal for milder nights. It washes well and dries quickly and maintains it's volume after washing. A tip for washing though. The filling isn't secured in place above the top row of stitching and will fold and roll in the machine but this is prevented by using a few safety pins to secure it before washing. Nice budget bag at a good price.
