How to protect your child in mountain?
HOW TO PROTECT YOUR CHILDREN FROM THE SUN?
Mountain during Summer is, for many, mostly about heat and sun. But, be careful, the sun and its rays are nocive for your body. The consequences on your health can be serious. So, you need to protect your child's skin against the sun to preserve his health.

The weather can change quickly when mountain hiking and the sun can fade away because of clouds and rain. To protect your child from these sudden weather changes, don't forget to bring a rain-cut on in your backpack.
To protect them from the cold, think about using a fleece jacket, they have a great insulation factor, they will bring warm quickly and be great to evacuate humidity. Choosing a fleece jacket will depend on the practice and the season, to choose a more or less thick jacket. For warmer times, prefer a thinner fleece jacket.
The wind can have increase the cold sensation. To prevent this effect, you can use a fleece jacket, a wind-cut or a waterproof jacket, to protect him from the rain as well.
