Why use dumbbells to train?

Why does the dumbbell have a rubber exterior and hexagon shape?

After listening to your feedback, we redesigned this dumbbell with 6 sides to prevent it from rolling on the ground.



A rubber exterior provides optimal protection against impacts and makes it quieter.



The ergonomic handle has a non-slip zone and curved shape that guarantees a perfect grip.

Be careful when dropping the dumbbell

Use this hex dumbbell with a rubber mat (ref.: 8651539). You can safely drop the weight.

Storing and maintaining your dumbbell

To protect your floor, store your dumbbell indoors, in a dry spot, preferably on a rubber mat (ref.: 8651539). This will prevent damage to your floors while in storage. You can even store it on a bar and weight rack (ref.: 8788246).



There's nothing easier than maintaining your dumbbell: just wipe it with a clean cloth.

Do 3 to 6 rounds with 0 to 2 minutes of rest between rounds:

- Dumbbell thrusters: 10-15 reps

- Pull-ups: 8-12 reps

- Walking lunges with dumbbells: 10-15 reps

- Ring dips: 8-12 reps

Tips from our coach (2/2)

Modify the number of reps, rest time between rounds and the number of rounds to your skill level. Don't be afraid to use heavier or lighter dumbbells to ensure that you stay safe while still pushing your limits. More experienced athletes can wear a weighted vest to make the workout even more difficult.
