Good fit and good value. A comfy sports top. It doesn't provide the most comfort, I wouldn't recommend it for high impact. I bought it for cycling for which it is perfect. Not too tight to inhibit breathing. Breathable fabric to reduce sweat. I also like the slight cup padding (stops it looking like I'm smuggling raisins!)

I have always had problems with sports bras. Either they don't give enough support and the cup size is too small (I'm a 34DD) or I feel like I am strapped in and can't move!
This bra is a good price, lovely style and I forget I am wearing it and can just enjoy my workout. For spin classes and yoga this is great, I can't vouch for an aerobics class but I think it would hold up. It gives a lovely lift and shape, I feel secure but not restricted... Perfect!
I will be back for a couple more!

I liked the look of the bra and wanted to try it for running but due to the lack of fullness in the cups I am using it instead for my spinning classes. The under band is supportive, not too tight and it wicks well.
It is not very easy to get a bra that fits a 30DD chest, a medium size would probably have full enough cups but not be supportive enough. I think if the cups had been full enough I would have been able to run with this bra as it is OK whilst spinning.
