I purchased these gloves as my fingertips always get cold when I'm outside in the winter. They are light and comfortable so I'm able to wear them to adjust my girth, untack etc. However, when riding my fingers still get cold.

bought for my 10 year old daughter as her hands were becoming very cold and blistered riding/clearing out at the stables. She has reported back very warm and comfortable and certainly fit for purpose. She was very happy with the overall look of them too.

I have very small hands so bought these for myself. Really pleased with them for the price, nice to ride in and they fit me (aged 8 - 10 size)! Being careful not to wreck them by wearing for yard work though. I liked them so much I bought more pairs to keep spare and in the blue colour to go with a jacket. I think for sub-zero temperatures something more substantial is needed but for this 2016-17 winter they have been fine.
