I speed walk rather than run but have found the Kalenji run warm running tights fit well and keep me warm even at around 2 degrees Celsius. I have also worn them under trousers as an extra layer in cold weather.

I would recommend you buy a size up to what you normally wear. I am usually a medium but all Kalenji items I have purchased are large.

These are the cheaper tights, they are simple in design and do not offer (proper) compression. However, they do act as an excellent underlayer or good for running in mild weather. Great value tights.
