It took less than ten minutes to fit the bar ends to low rise bars on an old Specialized hybrid. They offer a couple of extra hand positions, and the rearward extensions offer comfortable resting place for the heels of my thumbs. Have now used them for several weeks and have no complaints.

These are great little bar ends. Really secure when fitted and look great.
Not only useful for pulling on when cycling, but as they are right on the end of the bars, they do a great job of stopping your bike fall over when leaning on a wall.
