I purchased 2 pairs of these waders for my Partner (Size 10-11) & I (Size 5-6) when we went gold panning last year. We found them to be very uncomfortable & heavy which made it difficult to move around in the water. Also despite using these in the peak of summer and wearing thick jeans and socks underneath I found myself feeling extremely cold quickly and had to abandon gold panning to sit in the sun and try to get warm up again. On the plus side the waders did not leak even though the waters came up to our waists at their deepest so they most certainly live up to waterproofing expectations. I don’t believe we got to fully test their durability as it was a long weekend holiday but I just could shake the cold. If you are looking to buy I can’t honestly recommend them for use in the UK as I think it is just too cold here.

Many thanks for your review and apologies that the product didn't meet your expectations. These waders are designed for use in warmer water (Spring Summer in the UK) or for short periods of time in Winter. If you plan to be in cooler water for longer periods, I would recommend neoprene waders such as the ones below:
