Why wear this wrist strap?

The Soft 100 wrist support can be used as a preventative measure or for mild pain by applying the compression that you need to support your joint and stimulate proprioception when playing sport (basketball, football, handball, tennis, badminton, running, trail running, gymnastics, judo). It can also relieve pain related to previous sprains and tendinitis.

What is proprioception?

Proprioception is the ability to know where the different parts of your body are in space. The better your proprioception, the better your balance and the more controlled your movements. It also helps prevent the risk of injury.

Choosing your wrist support size

Measure your arm circumference, to 5 cm above the wrist.Then match the measurement taken with the following size chart:
Size 1: 15.5 - 18.5 cm
Size 2: 18.5 - 21.5cm

The product is actually quite good, but the size seems a little small. My palm is of average size, but yet this product appears to be slightly tight when wearing.
