  • How do you adapt this thing?

    Natalie (United Kingdom)
Used for 1 week or less
I bought this product to use on Presta valves but I have no idea how you are supposed to adapt it. There is a picture in the back of the tag but it doesn't make any sense to me as I can't find any additional parts.
    Response of the brand
This film should help explain how to swap the internal part of the valve to make it compatible with presta.

  • Can't get it to work!

Have tried it on mountain bike but it won't even stay on the valve so I can start pumping the tyre. It's loose on the valve and pops off if I try and move the handle of the pump
    Response of the brand
This pump is only compatible with schrader/car type valves (which are the most common).  It is not compatible with the thinner presta valves. This may be the reason why the pump does not stay on the valve.
You can either buy an extra kit which will allow you to inflate presta valves with this pump:
Or we do sell other which are compatible with both types of valves starting from £12.99 which will do both:

  • One footed use

    Paul (United Kingdom)
Used for 3 to 6 months
My first track style pump - certainly a good choice. I keep this one at work, for this price a second one at home makes sense. There's no pressure gauge but pressing on the tyre while inflating works for me. I picked this one because of the price and the one footed design.
    Love the one footed design
    None so far.
