WHY DOES BIO ENERGY FRUIT NOT ALWAYS TASTE THE SAME?
Favourite flavours and colours will change depending on the person - and the season, too! Variations in taste are minimal, and the flavour and effectiveness will always be the same!
Because this product is very natural and has just five ingredients, the smallest variation can be felt: "The apples are different depending on the season, and the level of acidity is not always the same. But after all, that's what is all about!" says Juliette, product engineer.

WILL BIO ENERGY FRUIT WORK FOR YOU
If you've had breakfast, Bio Energy Fruit is perfect for refuelling during your training or runs of up to three hours. "However, if your breakfast was light, you should also add something more substantial, such as our cereal bar!" says Wim, product manager.
For every 100 g, our Bio Energy Fruit gel offers 39 g of carbs, versus just 24 g for plain compotes, and 70 g for plain gels.

GETTING THE PRODUCT JUST RIGHT
We believe that hard work always pays off and that success will come to those who've earned it. That's why we worked and reworked our Bio Energy Fruit until we got it just right. "Our testers said our first versions were too sour. To balance the flavour, we added lemon essential oil," says Juliette, product engineer. The end result? Just the right amount of acidity!
WHAT'S THE ROLE OF ALL THE INGREDIENTS?
- Apples for flavour, texture and energy... They form the basis of our Bio Energy Fruit compote/gel!
- Beet sugar because it tastes great and provides extra energy.
- Concentrated lemon juice (1%) and lemon essential oil to balance the acidity of the apples.
- And finally, acerola extract for a boost of natural vitamin C!
