  1. How to adjust your poles?
    Hold the poles with your arms bent at a right angle. To adjust: unscrew the middle section, beneath the ring of the lower section, adjust to the required height (in centimetres), and screw back on securely, but not too tight; then do the same with the lower section. NEVER GO OVER THE STOP LINE or the pole may snap during use.
  2. Directions for use
    Before heading off: always check that your poles are properly tightened. You can adjust your poles to make them longer on downward slopes or if pushing on vigorously in the mountains. When walking uphill, you can use the wrist loop for support, but when walking downhill, it's better to remove the strap so that the pole won't get it your way if you fall.
  3. Accessories
    Comes with a removable summer hiking (small diameter) basket. Compatible with wider, winter baskets.
