  • Brilliant, idea, design and sleep

I bought one of these to test the waters after using a traditional double air mattress on our last camping trip. I had two choices a traditional camp bed (metal legs etc) or this, the inflatable bed base. I opted for this simply for ease of use, reduced (actually no) damage to the tent ground sheet and comfort. It packs away to a convenient size and can be used as a makeshift guest bed. If you are looking to go camping and have concerns about getting a decent nights sleep then give this consideration. My partner also tried it and she said that she could sleep on this system. So guess what.... It looks like I will be buying another one for her.
  • Best nights sleep I’ve ever had

We have spent loads on different types of camping beds. I wish we had seen these sooner. Used them on two serperate camping trips (10nights in total). So easy to use and very light. We use them with the vango comfort 10 self inflating mattress. Yes, both products are expensive, but you won’t be disappointed. Well worth the money.

Fantastic product, tougher material than air beds, much more comfortable when used with self inflating matress, and only had to inflate once in our 10 day break unlike most air beds which constantly need topping up. Use two clipped together for double and two singles for the kids. Highly recommend.

  • Excellent buy!

Bought 2 of these on a whim when visiting go outdoors, they clip together really well to make a double. We used our outwell double self inflating mattress on top. Camped for 2 weeks, never had a single ache or pain, removed any of the occasional “hard spots” found on even the best self inflating mat, felt like a proper bed. In fact after being back for 2 nights my missus has said she slept better on these than on our own bed at home. We inflated with an electric pump for ease, but do need topping up with a more substantial hand pump to get to the higher pressure required.
Once inflated never needed topping up, also stood upto 3 excited kids using it as a trampoline.
Packs down really small and light, just one minor issue the bags are a little small to pack them away. No matter how careful I am, the ends are always right at the top of the bag, however this is not really an issue as the bag covers them enough to protect.

Definitely worth 50 quid, we will be getting another for our little lad.
