  1. Introducing a 4-in-1 product that adapts to your level:
    - Use the handles on their own to do press-ups with your wrists straight. This is a more practical motion and can be done with a big range. - The rounded base under the handles lets you do unstable press-ups to increase the difficulty and boost the results! - The base on a wheel lets you train your legs by resting your feet on top. - And the entire thing can be turned into an AB Wheel to train your abs.
  2. What is instability training?
    Instability training forces your body to use more muscles, particularly the "stabilising" muscles. The benefit of this type of training is that it is just as effective as working with weights on a stable surface, but your risk of injury is lower. The Push-Up Wheel lets you add instability to push-ups and core exercises.
  3. An accessory that trains the entire body, no matter your level:
    As well as working your arms, legs, pecs and core with just one accessory, the Push-Up Wheel also adapts to your level. For beginners, the handles make exercises such as press-ups and mountain climbers easier. As you improve, you can then use the wheels and rounded bases for instability training that ups the difficulty... and the results!
  4. Here are a few ideas on how to use the Push-Up Wheel:
    To get the most out of your training, we recommend avoiding tiled surfaces with wide gaps and carpeted floors as the wheels will struggle with them ;) Each Push-Up Wheel is 19 cm long, 15.5 cm wide and 10.5 cm high. And of course, they come as a pair. And if you want to increase the difficulty of your exercises even more, you can try doing press-ups wearing a weighted jacket or with training bands!
