Really well made and comfortable boots

Sole is a little flimsy . ..otherwise a comfy Wellington
  • Not for dog walking

Bought 10 months ago and little use through the summer months. I reckon they’ve covered about 200 miles in total... not actually excessive considering. The soles of both boots have split in the same place (inside near the middle - where they bend.) Both now leak. Not recommended if you’re putting in some miles (dog walker).
    Response of the brand
I am sorry that you have had a problem with the Glenarm 300 wellies. The Glenarm 300 welly is really not designed for the type of use that you have used it for, it's designed as a lightweight warm shootig welly, for standing on the peg on drivern shoot.
The boot that I would recommend for what you are doing, is the 500 Neoprene wellies - 8494287. These boots have a 5mm deep lugged sole with the comfort system and 4mm neoprene lining, these are also made from rubber not plastic.
If you would like to return to the store where you purchased your wlellies, with your receipt, we will gladly exchange the price of the glenarm 300 boots towards the SGW500 neoprene wellies.

  • Bad product

    M (United Kingdom)
Used for 7 to 12 months
I wore them in total less than 6 month (I bought them a year ago) and:
    -they're not waterproof anymore
    - the fur inside is holey and I cant take my foot off the wellies as my heel gets stuck in this hole.
Im french and quite like Decathlon, usually very happy with their products but very disappointed by this one!...
  • Really comfortable boots.

Purchased as a gift for family member who has interests in outdoor activities. Says they fit well and are warm which is a real bonus.
