The backpack is filled with weights & placed on a mannequin that replicates thousands of fast walking movements.
  2. 10-year guarantee
The warranty covers the defects of the backpack, excluding those resulting from normal wear and improper use. This special 10-year warranty will only be granted upon presentation of the receipt and the product, and if the product is covered by the warranty, it will be repaired or exchanged, free of charge. This sales warranty does not affect the statutory rights applicable in your country/state.
  3. User tests
Quechua has conducted tests to simulate the ageing of its backpacks. These tests are conducted on the components, seams and finished product. Quechua and Decathlon use the results to guarantee the bags tested for a period of 10 years, starting from the date of purchase indicated on the receipt.
  4. Environmental measures
Oxylane and Quechua are committed to informing you about the environmental impact of the hiking backpack products over their entire life cycle. This work follows on from an experiment carried out from July 2011 with the French Ministry of Ecology. The scores from A to E were assigned by comparing Quechua backpacks only.
