  • Good value. Good product.

Been using this physio tape since last year, I find it more freeing than all the knee straps. The only bad thing is that because it is an adhesive tape, taking it off is quite painful. Advice - do not attempt to take the tape of when it is wet.
  • Best tape by miles

I have tried lots of different makes of tape, but this is by far the best. This is the only one I have found that stays on for up to five days. I always have to peel it off, rather than it starting to come off itself.
I now don’t use any other tape.
  • Great tape

This is the only tape I've found so far that actually stays stuck for more than a few hours! Occasionally comes loose when swimming if I have applied it particularly tight but this isn't a big problem. Have easily worn the tape for 5 days and could probably wear for longer if I needed to.
A tip: I usually clean the area with alcohol hand sanitiser and then spray hairspray on the skin (which apparently helps it resist sweat) before applying and this seems to work pretty well.
  • Great value product

This is equally as good as tape costing 3 times as much from other retailers. it has been really helpful with long term support and relief of tennis elbow as advised by my physio.
  • Worked well for tennis and golf elbow

Worked a treat and supported well allowing me to get back into weight training after the acute pain started to subside.
