  1. Buckle adjustment

  2. Footwear
Average footwear volume (width: 105 mm + thick foam) favouring comfort while providing enough precision to progress. The EvoFit liner is 100% thermoformable. It can be heated (comply with conditions of use) so that it can take the shape of your foot and reduce uncomfortable spots. The specific "wallet" shape of the liner makes it easier to put on and promotes better weight distribution.
  3. What is flex?
To provide an indication of its rigidity, brands assign a flex rating to every boot. This figure determines the rigidity of the whole boot: the higher the value the more rigid the shell is. A flex of 60-70 is considered best for skiers of beginner level. A flex level of 70 to 100 is intended for advanced skiers. Beyond that, the products are addressed to advanced skiers. Heavy builds can, however, go up a level.
  4. What is the point of heat-moulding a boot liner in a ski boot??
Some liners use foam called heat-mouldable. This means that the boot liner foam can be heated to take on the shape of your foot and the shell. This helps strengthen the liner-shell accountability and give more room to your foot for better comfort. I advise you to ski your boots for at least 2 days before deciding if you need to thermoform them, as sometimes the foot just needs to get used to the constraints of skiing
  5. How to thermoform your liners?
1- Preheat oven to 80°C with rotating heat. 2- Remove liners from shells. 3- Remove the insoles from your liners. 4- Put the liner in the oven for just 8 minutes. 5- Remove the liner from the oven. 6- Put the insoles back inside the liners. 7- Put the liners back in the boots. 8- Put on your boots and lock each hook in the middle notch. 9- Wait 8 minutes at room temperature before taking off. You're ready to ski!
  6. Evofit liner= Thermoformable liner
Because of the Evofit design, your ski boots mould to the shape of your foot without compromising on support. The original design providing good coverage allow you to adapt the boots to numerous calf/tibia shapes. We play with different foam thickness, all thermoformable to protect areas of the malleolus and metatarsus at risk. Owing to the shape of the liner, you no longer need to fasten your boots tightly for good support.
  7. How to get your ski boots on/off easily with an EVOFIT liner?
You can also widen the top of the liner pulling the two loops (in et out) to obtain a wide opening. Ensure you correctly place the tongue as there is an inside and an outside part.
  8. What can I do in the case of foot pain?
1- Choose a technical ski sock that is thin to avoid pressure points and promote blood circulation in the foot. 2- Choose an insole suitable for the shape of your foot to prevent your toes getting crushed and pressing against the front of the shell. Ask for advice in-store. 3- Heat-moulding your liner if it is heat-mouldable.
