    If you aren't yet able to complete a pull-up, you can make it easier by using training bands. They will lighten the load and make it much easier to do pull-ups. On the other hand, to make your pull-ups more challenging, depending on your weight, you can add one of our weighted gilets. For a full body workout, you can attach our suspension straps (DST) on this chin-up bar.
  3. Choosing your grip: underhand (palms facing in) or overhand (palms facing out)
    With two different grips, you get a more intense workout for the arms. The difference between overhand and underhand pull-ups are that the biceps work harder using an overhand grip while the back gets a better workout when using an underhand grip.

    The pull-up bar is spring-loaded to adjust to any door frame. Be sure to choose a solid door frame. Available in two sizes: - Small: 70 to 95 centimetres - Large: 100 to 120 centimetres.
