    Sorry, but I'm very disappointed.

    I have bought a tent under the order number 200104964 and it come missing one of the main pole.

    I tried to explain situation by email, that we needed to do the replacement as soon as possible because I did not have enought time , the trip day is coming and I don't have another tent and it took 19 emails to explan it.

    At the end, I needded to figure out a way to solve this problem by myself until you guys send me another tent.

    Thanks for the message and for taking the time to leave us a review.

    While it is really unfortunate that you received the incorrect poles with your tent and I completely understand your frustrations I really did try all avenues to rectify the situation for you in a most timely manner.

    Due to the constraints of your window of time available though none of these options including a replacement or alternative were suitable and therefore we rectified the matter in what could only be described as a really fair manner.

    I do hope this experience will not tarnish your view of us here at Decathlon Ireland as I really did try my best to facilitate the replacement in the most timely way possible.

    Decathlon products are excellent but the website is really bad, very hard to find what we need.
    The search tool doesn t find anything...

    Thanks for taking the time to leave us a review and for your feedback on our site.

    I do appreciate that the website can be tricky from time to time but we have been implementing recategorization changes to our search bar and drop down tabs of late and we expect the sites functionality to show improvement from this.

    I do hope your experience thus far has not put you off shopping with us again as we are endeavoring to improve our site and its user friendliness at all times.

    Website is easy to navigate, I am familiar with the clothing size, a first time customer would not be.
    The sizes are definitely smaller if you are normally a medium you would need to order large.

    Please accept my apologies for this error, it was really unfortunate that your order was affected by a system error when the order was placed. This is the reason your order has seen such a delay but now that it has been rectified it should all progress as normal.

    I do hope you will come and pay us a visit when we open in Ballymun in Spring 2020.
