Choosing the right size knee pads
For a comfy fit, there are 4 sizes to choose from. Grab a tape measure and follow our guide. 1. Measure the circumference of your thigh 8 cm above your knee. 2. Is the circumference between 32 and 36 cm? You need size 0. 3. If the circumference is between 36 and 39 cm, opt for size 1. 4. Between 39 and 43 cm, go for size 2. 5. Between 43 and 47 cm, opt for size 3.
