4 to 6 rounds with a recovery time between 0 and 2 minutes between each round. No recovery between exercises:

- Running: distance X

- Kettlebell snatch (right arm): 10-15 reps

- Double jump with jump rope: 40-100 reps

- Kettlebell snatch (left arm): 10-15 reps

- Burpees: 10-15 reps

Coach's advice for improving your workouts (2/2)

Adjust the running distance, number of rounds, recovery time, and number of reps to suit your level. Plenty of variables to make this workout more or less challenging. For the toughest among you, you can even use a weighted gilet.
