How does a fleece insulate from the cold?

The mission of the fleece component is to trap air thanks to the volume created by its texture (and the brushing of the knit).

This air acts as a natural insulator, keeping the body warm.

Why a breathable fleece?

Always in action, young explorers sweat. We chose a breathable fabric to guarantee our sweater’s comfort in all situations. Wicks away moisture generated by the body, keeping your kids dry even during activity.

What is the RET index?

The breathability of a fabric is measured by its evaporative resistance RET (ISO 11092 standard):the higher it is, the more breathable the fabric.Examples:RET< 9 (very breathable), 9 < RET < 12 (breathable), RET > 20 (little breathability).

This fleece sweater has a RET index of 6.3.

This fleece sweater is available from 2 to 6 years.

How to look after the fleece sweater?

To wash your fleece while maintaining its quality, select a synthetic programme at 30°C. Remember to turn it inside out and close the zip before washing. Don’t exceed 1,000 rpm spin cycle to protect the fabric. We strongly advise against using a tumble dryer.
