Why wear knee pads?
Knee pads are recommended to protect dancers from injury. The padding helps limit impacts during floor moves to ensure freedom of movement.
How to choose your size
To choose the right size, measure around your thigh 8 cm above your knee:
2XS = 30-33 cm
XS= 33-36 cm
S = 36-39 cm
M = 39-43 cm
L= 43-47 cm
XL = 47-51 cm

Tips for storage and maintenance
MAXIMUM WASH TEMPERATURE 95°C. NORMAL TREATMENT.
MAXIMUM WASH TEMPERATURE OF 30°C. VERY MODERATE TREATMENT.
IRON AT A MAXIMUM SOLEPLATE TEMPERATURE OF 150°C.
