    1. A wide range of sizes. Our tips for MAKING THE RIGHT CHOICE
This model was designed for the following two heights of user: - You are LESS than 1.80m tall: choose your size (S, M, L, XL, 2XL or 3XL) from the sizes marked L31 or L32 - You are MORE than 1.80m tall: choose your size (S, M, L, XL, 2XL or 3XL) from the sizes marked L33 or L34 In this way, the leg length of the trousers will match your height.
    2. WHAT IS recycled polyester
We take action to preserve our planet – our natural playground – and contribute to the pleasure of hiking. That's why we chose a polyester yarn made entirely out of recycled polyester fibres to reduce our carbon footprint.
    3. WHAT IS organically grown cotton
Since 2006, we have been using organic cotton, a niche market that currently accounts for just 0.4% of world cotton production. This cotton is grown without chemical fertilisers or pesticides. It preserves biodiversity, soil fertility and reduces the risk of groundwater pollution.
    4. A rating to compare the environmental impact of the products
The product's environmental impact is calculated over its entire life cycle using different indicators. A score from A to E is given to help you easily identify the most eco-friendly products by comparing them with other products of the same type (T-shirts, trousers, backpacks). Decathlon is committed to displaying the environmental data of its products. Web: sustainability.decathlon.com Explanation video: https://youtu.be/8t63KkRwn_8

    • Great if they fit

      28/01/2018

Used for 7 to 12 months
I have been using these for lowland hikes and dog walking for just under a year and have found that they have shrunk a little, despite following the care instructions. As a keen cyclist I have larger thighs than most, which is where these fall down - i struggle to walk up stairs as these are too tight around the thigh. Fit OK at the waist (I'm a 34) and the next size up (37) is way too big. Why the jump from 34 to 37 inch waist?
    • Very comfortable trousers

I struggle buying jeans so I'm always looking for an alternative, I bought these a couple of years ago and I love them, I have large legs and buying jeans is a nightmare, although these trousers are shaped they are so comfortable, I will be buying more this week.
    • Good looking but issues with stitching of seams

      06/10/2017
      Alex (United Kingdom)
Used for 1 week or less
I bought these as a pair of functional trousers I could wear for commuting by bike as well as being presentable enough to wear when working. As they're polycotton, they're ideal for wet weather as they dry quickly and don't cling as much as cotton when it's wet. They're nicely cut -appearance-wise - as well as having articulated knees for more active wear. The small pocket over the thigh is a little naff but discreet enough.

Unfortunately, the seams around the crotch are stitched very weakly and gave way after less than a day of my wearing them. This was partly due to the design of the pockets which can't really accommodate much (e.g. a wallet) before a lot of stress starts to be placed on the seams. I bought a size 32W, a size larger than I usually wear, but this issue occurred anyway. For a product that is marketed as being for active wear, it's ridiculous that those seams didn't hold and weren't stitched better and that there isn't more room across the groin area. It's a shame as otherwise they are nice pair of trousers. I'll see how I get on with a needle and thread...

Really comfy and practical pair of trousers
    • Strange cut

      26/05/2017

Had to return, very strange cut. EXTREMELY tight on my thighs and I'm not built like an Olympic cyclist!! Tried larger size, but same issue. Odd. Got different (cheaper) pair with a more generous cut.
