    Product feature
    1. What level of protection does the Oxelo MF 5 helmet provide?
Polystyrene structure and external ABS shell for a sturdy helmet. All of our helmets are certified according to EN 1078, a European standard governing the requirements and test methods for helmets that will be worn by cyclists, skateboarders, etc. The shape of the MF5 helmet (covering the back of the neck and ears) is designed for doing sports on asphalt.
    2. How do they stay comfy and fitted?
There is an easy-to-use dial at the back of the neck for adjusting the helmet. The straps (dividers) have double buckles and can be repositioned to get a precise fit. Last but not least, the thick foam is both durable and comfortable.
    3. How much does the Oxelo MF5 helmet weigh?
      460 g in size M.
    4. What sizes are available?
Two sizes are available depending on the colour: M (for a head size of 55 to 58 cm) and L (for a head size of 58 to 61 cm).
    5. What does the EN 1078 standard cover?
EN1078 is a European standard concerning the test methods and requirements for cycling, skateboarding and skating helmets. This standard covers the following aspects: construction, including field of vision; shock-absorbing properties; fastening system features, including the chinstrap and tightening systems; markings and information.
    6. Why can't you use a cycling helmet on a scooter, skateboard or skates?
Decathlon cycling helmets are also EN 1078 certified. It is the shape of the helmets that differs: Oxelo helmets are designed for skate sports as they cover more of the head to protect the areas that are most at risk when doing tricks.

Bought for my 8 and 10 year old to go with their stunt scooters. Both delighted with the helmets as they are very comfortable and a great fit. The price was also good as some of the helmets out there are very expensive.
Very sturdy and nice soft finish
Might have been nice with a decal on it
