Products sold by HOTN on the Decathlon Marketplace are covered by a 2-year warranty from the date of delivery. The warranty covers any damage or malfunction of the product attributable to use for which the product was designed or to a manufacturing defect. The warranty does not cover the following: Improper use of the product Customization of the product Damage attributable to normal wear and tear of the product Accidental damage To make a warranty claim, you must submit a request to Decathlon Customer Service through the designated support channels. You will need to attach photographs showing the defect found on the product and, at the partner’s discretion, the product’s serial number. The product may be repaired, replaced, or refunded depending on HOTN’s assessment of the defect.

Pack your items securely in the original box. 2. Stick the return label in a visible place on the package. 3. Send the package to the return address indicated above.
