Orders placed on a working day before 14:00 (Dutch time) are dispatched the same day; later orders are dispatched on the next working day. Delivery to Ireland takes 3 to 5 working days. Occasionally, an order may arrive a day or a few days earlier or later. Carriers: - FedEx: under-desk treadmills, desk bikes and standing desks (treadmills arrive fully pre-assembled). - DHL or PostNL: small parcels, such as yoga balls and accessories. - Palletways: bulky items and bundles, delivered on a pallet. You receive a tracking code by email as soon as your order has been dispatched. Pallet deliveries: the driver calls you about 30 minutes in advance. The driver does not lift the goods but brings the pallet as far as the pallet truck can go, usually your driveway or the entrance of your building. Please arrange some help to bring your order inside.
WARRANTY If a product is broken or damaged through no fault of your own, you are always entitled to a free repair or replacement. LifeSpan Europe takes responsibility for complaints and problems with the product for two years from delivery. In addition, LifeSpan products come with an extended warranty: - Home use (home office, single user): lifetime on the frame (and on the motor for treadmills), 5 years on parts and 2 years on labour. - Commercial use (offices, multiple users): 3 years on the frame (and motor), 1 year on parts and labour. The warranty can differ per product; the warranty that applies is shown on the product page. To make a claim, contact Decathlon customer service or email us at service@lifespaneurope.com with your order number, a description of the problem and, if possible, photos. Always read the user manual for use and maintenance. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL Not completely satisfied, or changed your mind? You can return your order within 30 days of receiving it. Please let us know before you send anything back: start your return in your Decathlon account (My Purchases > Make a Return) or contact Decathlon customer service, so that the method and time of return can be agreed. For bulky items, contact Decathlon customer service so that we can arrange a collection. You may take the product out of its packaging and test it, just as you would in a shop, to see whether it fully meets your expectations. You receive a full refund if the product is returned in new condition, complete, in good working order and undamaged.

Once your return has arrived at our warehouse and has been checked, you receive a confirmation by email. The refund is made via Decathlon to your original payment method, as soon as possible and always within 10 working days of processing your return. A full refund is only given if the product is returned in new condition, complete, in good working order and undamaged. If this is not the case, the cost of repairing any damage and replacing parts is deducted from the refund, or no refund is made.

1. Let us know within 30 days of receiving your order: start your return in your Decathlon account (My Purchases > Make a Return). For bulky items, or if the product is incomplete, faulty or incorrect, contact Decathlon customer service first. Please do not send anything back without prior approval. 2. Once your return is approved, you receive shipping instructions and a return label by email. For bulky items, we arrange a collection at a time of your choice between 10:00 and 18:00. 3. Pack the product complete, preferably in its original packaging and in any case in a protective box so that it cannot be damaged. You are responsible for any damage caused by inadequate packaging. 4. For a collection, have the product ready at the address where it was delivered, at the first door on the ground floor (also in apartment buildings), preferably in its original packaging and on a pallet if possible. Heavy items are collected with a pallet truck, so the carrier must be able to get as close to the product as possible. 5. Return address: LifeSpan Europe, Schuttevaerweg 98, 3044 BB Rotterdam, Netherlands. Marketplace items cannot be returned to Decathlon stores. 6. Return shipments are at your own risk; LifeSpan Europe is not liable for damage to or loss of returned products. 7. When your return arrives, we check it, confirm by email and refund you within 10 working days.
