How do you wash the yoga bolster?
Follow these simple steps:
- Empty the spelt seeds into a container (careful not to drop them!).
- Then either hand wash the cover or machine wash it on a low temperature if you're in a hurry.
- Once the cover is completely dry, put the spelt seeds back in.
