The Amazfit Helio Ring monitors physical indicators of emotional states through its electrodermal activity (EDA) sensor, and combines this with your heart rate variability (HRV) to detect changes in the daily and weekly expression of your emotions.

Method for measuring the paper strip
Cut a strip of paper long enough to go around your index finger.
Wrap the paper around your finger for a natural fit, not too tight. The aim is to achieve a comfortable but tight fit.
Using a pen, mark where the paper overlaps.
Straighten the strip of paper and measure the length between the tip and the pencil line. This will give you your ring size.
