Design details

Turnering System
The Turnering is a key element for properly retaining your helmet. This system allows you to easily and precisely adjust it at any time using a knob that can even be turned when you are wearing your ski gloves. It is comfortable to use and keeps you safe. Turn the clip to the right to screw and to the left to unscrew.
Full Earpad
The Full Earpad is a system of ear padding which stays more firmly in place, is warmer and, hence, more comfortable in use. The 2 earpads are made from a single piece of fabric, thus forming a contour around the back of the neck.
Venting System
The Venting System improves the thermal regulation of your helmet and minimises fogging in your goggles. This type of design guides the air flow to evacuate heat and humidity, taking into account the complete helmet-goggles interface.
Hard Shell Construction
The Hard Shell Construction makes your helmet more durable and sturdy. This type of construction is made up of an injection-moulded ABS outer shell that can withstand significant impacts. It offers a combination of durability and high resistance to knocks and bumps. The inner EPOS liner absorbs shocks at the moment of impact. We recommend replacing your ski helmet at least every 5 years if it has not been subjected to a big knock during the intervening period.
Cold barrier
The Cold Barrier is a real benefit in terms of added warmth. During your ski or snowboard sessions, your forehead may feel very cold. This is owing to a large gap between the top of the mask and the helmet. The inner hat (or comfort foam) has a hem at the front which, once turned down, protects you from the cold, creating a thermal barrier between the helmet and the goggles.
Removable fabric
The benefit of having a removable inner lining is that it can be washed separately. The inner hat of this ski helmet is removable and machine washable at 30°C.
EN 1077 standard
The EN 1077 standard is a European standard that applies to helmets used for protecting the head during alpine skiing or snowboarding. A feature of this standard are the tests undertaken to check the shock absorption properties and the resistance to penetration.
