The VirtuFit Adjustable Backstretcher is developed for everyone who regularly experiences back pain. This back stretcher stretches and mobilizes your back. In addition, it has a massaging function for a wonderfully relaxing feeling. With this backstretcher from VirtuFit, you will notice your pain decreasing and your stiffness disappearing.
Advantages of the Backstretcher: • Pain reduction • Posture improvement • Massaging function • Adjustable design
When do you use the VirtuFit Backstretcher? The adjustable back stretcher from VirtuFit is an excellent choice if you regularly suffer from back pain, a stiff back, or if you have a sedentary job. By literally ‘stretching’ your back, you relieve pain, improve your posture, and relax your back. Below, we explain how this works.
Pain Reduction One of the main effects of this back stretcher is pain reduction. By placing your back on the VirtuFit Backstretcher, you open your intervertebral spaces. As the opening becomes larger, there is less pressure on your nerves, preventing nerve pinching. This significantly reduces pain in your back and you will notice that your back becomes more flexible.
Posture Improvement With regular use of the VirtuFit Adjustable Backstretcher, it helps you adopt a better posture. This results in you feeling even fitter and more vital. Because you have a better posture, you experience less pain more quickly and also feel the effects in the long term.
Massaging Function The backstretcher is covered with small spikes/nubs that have a massaging effect. The sensation of these spikes on your back is comparable to acupuncture. Additionally, the center of the back stretcher is equipped with a soft massage pad for extra comfort.
Adjustable Design The most common way to use the backstretcher is lying down. Place the massage device on the floor or on a fitness mat and position your back on the curve. The backstretcher is adjustable. The higher the setting, the further you stretch your back. The following heights are possible:
• 6 cm • 9 cm • 11 cm
Besides a lying position, you can also use the backstretcher while sitting. For example, place it against the backrest of your chair to maintain good posture during work.
