The VirtuFit Ankle and Wrist Weights Pro give your daily movement that little extra, without needing a heavy device. You wear them on your wrists during a yoga session or on your ankles while walking, and thanks to the soft silicone finish and the elastic band with velcro, they are comfortable and stay neatly in place. The set is available in two weight classes, so you can choose what suits your level.
The VirtuFit Ankle and Wrist Weights Pro in brief: • Available in 2 x 500 and 2 x 1000 grams • Set of two weights • Suitable for both wrists and ankles • Soft silicone finish on the skin • Stays firmly in place with velcro • One-size fits all • Ideal for yoga, pilates, and walking • Easy to clean
With this set, you add some extra resistance to almost any movement. Whether you take a walk, follow a pilates class, or do a gentle strength exercise at home: the weights make your arms and legs work a bit harder, while your hands remain completely free. Because they fit both wrists and ankles, you use one set for your entire workout.
Two weight classes to choose from
The 2 x 500 gram variant is a nice choice if you are just starting with extra resistance or if you mainly want to wear the weights on your wrists during yoga and mobility exercises. The 2 x 1000 gram variant offers more challenge and works well for ankle exercises, pilates, and longer walks. Both sets have the same construction and fit, so you choose purely based on the desired intensity.
Comfortable on wrist and ankle
The weights consist of separate silicone segments on an elastic band. These segments follow the shape of your wrist or ankle, so there are no hard edges pressing into your skin. The flexible silicone outer layer feels soft and remains comfortable even during longer training sessions. Thanks to the wide adjustment, the band fits almost any wrist and ankle circumference.
Stays in place during movement
The wide velcro closure lets you tighten the band exactly as tight as you like. Once fastened, the weights do not slip, even during more dynamic exercises like leg raises or a brisk walk. This way, you stay focused on your exercise instead of adjusting your equipment.
Durable finish, easy maintenance
Each weight has a metal core with a silicone coating. This combination ensures a compact size and a smooth surface that you simply wipe clean with a damp cloth after exercising. Store the weights dry and at room temperature, and they will last a long time with regular home use.
