The magnetic resistance system and 10 kg inertial flywheel deliver smooth, quiet and low-impact pedalling, suitable for beginners and everyday training. 30 cm stride provides a comfortable range of motion for smaller users. Rear stabilisation ensures maximum stability and supports a maximum user weight of 105 kg. The LCD Program Monitor M2 includes 12 preset programmes, 24 intensity levels and 4 heart-rate control programmes, with contact pulse sensors integrated into the handlebars for heart rate measurement. Additional features include Constant Current Program (SRV) and transport wheels for easy relocation. Recommended use: 3–7 hours per week, up to 1 hour per day.
