BioLite Dash 450 Headlamp — 450 Lumens, 3D SlimFit, USB‑C Rechargeable
Built for runners.
Sold and shipped by Sports Lab IE
Runner-focused headlamp designed for comfort and high-performance visibility. The Dash 450 integrates electronics into a patented 3D SlimFit headband for a flat, low-profile front (10 mm) that moves with you and reduces bounce. It delivers up to 450 lumens (6500K) with a focused spot beam for distance and a flood beam for close-up illumination, both dimmable for precise control. A red rear LED and reflective band print increase visibility from behind, while a front red light preserves night vision and minimizes disturbance to others. The 1000 mAh rechargeable battery charges via USB-C and supports pass‑thru charging to run the lamp while powering from an external source. Runtime is up to 60 hours on low and around 3 hours on high, with a reserve mode for extended use. Water-resistant to IPX4, the adjustable stretch strap fits helmets and children, and the lamp includes Dash 450, USB-C cable and quick start guide. For every product sold, BioLite provides access to safe lighting and energy to a person living in energy poverty.
