The BioLite Dash 450 is a lightweight, runner-focused headlamp with a slim 10 mm front and patented 3D SlimFit construction that integrates electronics into the headband for a secure, no-bounce fit. It delivers up to 450 lumens with a focused spot (90 m) and a 15 m flood beam for clear vision of obstacles, plus a red rear light and reflective band print for 360° visibility. The 1000 mAh rechargeable Li‑ion battery charges via USB‑C and supports pass-through charging so you can run while recharging. Multiple dimmable modes include white spot, white flood, spot+flood combo, white strobe, red flood and red strobe. Runtime: up to 60 hours on low and about 3 hours on high, plus a reserve mode providing an extra hour at 5 lm. IPX4 splash resistance, adjustable stretch strap that fits helmets and children, and included USB‑C cable and quick start guide make it ready for road running and evening sessions.
