The Tacks line features CCM's mid-range putts, ideal for players who hit a variety of shots from all over the strike zone and value versatility. CCM redefines the traditional mid-kick design with its Max Loading technology, optimizing the position of a softer flex zone that allows for a longer load period to store more energy, while a stiff tapered zone increases stability and response. This results in maximum shot power and accuracy, regardless of the type of shot you take.
For shaft construction, the AS-V Pro has Nanolite Carbon Layering combined with Sigma STP Carbon. Sigmatex's new carbon binding improves on the durability and strength of the previous generation, while still allowing for a lighter and better balanced rod. With this technology, CCM is able to produce a club that has excellent feel and consistency in shooting, passing and club handling.
The Tacks AS-V Pro club features a transition from the traditional Tacks T-Shape geometry at the top of the shaft to a more rounded V-Shape in the midsection. This new geometry helps to easily load the rod to create additional shooting power and ensures consistency and predictability on all shots.
At the base of the shaft, CCM uses the Skeleton+ technology found in the taper area, which provides increased reliability so you can always rely on your club in key parts of the game. Carried over from the AS4 Pro, this technology creates a balanced club with more stability and control as you lean into the shot and will help you generate more power and accuracy.
The Tacks AS-V Pro features the new ACUFEL 2 blade with a peel layer. This new blade has been upgraded to include Sigma STP to improve durability. It is stiff enough to provide accuracy and control, but still soft enough to improve the overall feel of the puck.
With a variety of premium features and a lighter and more durable design, the Tacks AS-V Pro hockey stick is made for players who want to increase power and accuracy with every shot.
Mid-Kick point with a soft mid section creates longer load periods to store maximum energy. Nanolite Carbon Layering in the shaft to reduce weight without sacrificing durability. All-new V-shaped shaft geometry for better feel. Sigma STP Carbon to improve durability and balance. ACUFEEL 2 blade with Peel Ply for optimal durability. Skeleton+ Taper technology for greater reliability in key moments of the game.
By purchasing the right hockey stick, you can take your game to the next level. When choosing a new club, it is important to first focus on the point of impact. Finding a point of impact that matches your style of play will help improve your shooting and positively impact your performance on the ice.
