Percussion therapy is rapidly gaining ground in the fitness world. Use it before your workout to warm up and activate your muscles, after your workout to boost your muscles and improve blood circulation, or simply to relax!
Massage Heads • Silicon Ball - The silicon ball can be used for all your muscle groups. The ball works well with the 1200rpm Relax mode and the silicone provides enough grip for a targeted massage. • Silicon Fork - Perfect for massaging parallel muscles. For example, the Achilles tendon or the trapezius muscle. • Silicon Trigger - The right attachment for selective deep massage of stiff muscles and connective tissue. • Metal Flat - Can be used for an overall body treatment. The metal head glides easily over skin and textiles. Also suitable for use with massage oil.
Speeds Level 1 - Relax mode 20hz 1200r/min (use 3-4 minutes per body part) The relax mode uses a low vibration frequency. It is ideal for relaxing and regenerating. Perfect for recovery or before going to bed. Always use low pressure for this level.
Level 2 - Post Exercise mode 28.3hz 1700r/min (use 2-3 minutes per body part) The second level is very suitable for cool down and prevents muscle soreness after an intensive training session. The vibration helps with blood circulation and sensitive areas.
Level 3 - Pre Exercise mode 45hz 2700r/min (30 seconds - 2 minutes per body part) The pre-exercise mode is designed to prepare you for your workout. This frequency promotes blood circulation and tissue quality. You gain more mobility without compromising your performance. The risk of injury can be reduced.
Level 4 - Pro Mode 53.3hz 3200r/min (30 - 60 seconds per body part) Not for sensitive people. Pro mode is very intense and can be used for large muscle groups such as thighs and glutes.
