Performance-focused open-face trail helmetDesigned with input from our professional mountain bike athletes, the Speedframe Pro Matte Black helmet earned the highest rating (5 stars) from Virginia Tech's bicycle helmet evaluation program—and for good reason. This high-end open-face mountain bike helmet offers a suite of cutting-edge features to keep you safe every time you hit the trails. At the top of the list is the MIPS® Air Node protection system, a low-friction layer for lightweight, fully ventilated helmets designed to reduce rotational movement and redirect forces to protect your brain in the event of a crash. Dual-density Varizorb™ EPS further enhances impact protection by distributing forces over a wider area. Thanks to its micro-adjustments, the BOA® Fit system allows for a high-precision fit on every ride. The antimicrobial Ionic+® liner eliminates odors while wicking moisture away from your head. It's easy to remove and wash. The one-handed adjustable visor is compatible with sunglasses and goggles, and the helmet features a dedicated storage compartment for sunglasses.
